Giselle Chaparro Personal Trainer

Giselle Chaparro, NASM-CPT

The birth of my son, Santiago Chaparro in November of 2017, inspired me to pursue a career as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. Like most moms, I was focused on losing weight and quickly realized that it wasn’t going to be as easy as I thought. Especially since I had put on an extra 50 pounds. I have always been active and worked out my entire adult life but having my son changed my body composition. It took nearly an entire year to lose all the baby weight. Through the process, I became passionate about strength training. Losing the excess baby weight by developing muscle mass helped me regain my confidence. I have since realized my passion to help other women through their own fitness journey. I want to help women achieve their fitness goals and step out of their comfort zone. The gym can be an intimidating place for women. I want to make sure I help them feel comfortable in those environments by providing them with quality strength training that shows results. I also want our members to feel a sense of pride and accomplishment that stems from working towards their goals and achieving them. Fitness is a part of my life now and it brings such a positive outlook to everything I do. I truly love helping people and being a trainer gives me that opportunity. Education and Certifications: NASM Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Women’s Fitness Specialist, Precision Nutrition Level One Certified, Group Personal Training Specialist, Physique and Bodybuilding Coach.

Jack Glassford, CMT

Jack is a Certified Massage Therapist and retired firefighter. With over three decades of service as a firefighter and fire engineer for the City of Encinitas, Jack brings a grounded, compassionate presence to his current work in massage therapy and energy healing. After retiring in 2010, Jack experienced a life-altering personal event that changed the trajectory of his life and career. A father of three daughters, Jack lost his eldest at the age of 35 - a profound loss that opened the door to what he later came to understand as an After Death Communication (ADC). This extraordinary experience awakened him to the world of human energy healing, a path he had never previously imagined. Deeply moved and guided by this encounter, Jack immersed himself in energy work, eventually discovering Biofield Tuning with tuning forks. To deepen his healing practice, Jack pursued formal training at Healing Hands School of Holistic Health in Escondido, where he completed his massage education and earned his California massage certification. Today, Jack integrates therapeutic bodywork with intuitive energy techniques, including tuning forks and warm stone therapy, providing clients with uniquely restorative, whole-body experiences. Clients describe Jack's work as both grounding and transformational - a space where the physical and energetic body find balance. Jack specializes in a wide range of modalities including trigger point therapy, lymphatic massage, deep tissue, Swedish massage, Sports massage, Hot Stone, and customized wellness treatments.
